what was the purpose of said excursion?
stupid blogger didn't save my comment. Anyway, love the fog - was speculating on why we take pictures of slugs (I took pictures of banana slugs in Alaska) - they're kind of fascinating in a really gross kind of way.
The purpose of said excursion was grouse....
As to the pictures of the slug... it was the only wildlife we saw that couldn't quickly evade my camera.
So you shoot stuff, yes?
I shoot stuff with my camera. R! shoots stuff with his gun. I was much more successful than he in that arena. We only managed to flush one grouse.
