Natural Light

Yes, indeedy. There I was engaging in some due diligence on the Consumer Reports web site when I went a little off track. Much to my dismay, they recommended Natural Light as a CR Best Buy for light beers. I was a little disappointed they only tested light beers, but what can you do? Of course, their descriptors were a bit disheartening. Their "fair" rated beers were classified as "skunky and oxidized," which, in my book, would rate as bad. Meh.

Since I have no pictures of Natural Light consumption, I'll throw some Natural Ice in the mix with the charming KFR.

E: do you remember if either of us actually went on to drink that crap? I fear that I may have, but I hope (and expect?) that I didn't...

Of course, the bigger issue is why Matt-O had that terrible nonsense on hand in the first place.

KFR: As I recall, Matt-O had that terrible crap on hand because it was cheap. He might have been cycling through a spendthrift phase so he could take a snowkat up a mountain or some such nonsense.

And, I hate to say it, but I believe we did make the attempt to drink it. But rest assured, it was only after imbibing a better class of beer. Thus our tastebuds were already muted by the aforementioned good beer.
